Join a leading Supply & Distribution Company as FP&A Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of a dynamic organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position combines strategic financial leadership with operational execution. You’ll lead the budgeting process, develop advanced financial models, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership, while contributing to growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial Strategy & Planning: Drive financial forecasting, planning, and analysis to align with organizational goals. Deliver insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Budgeting Leadership: Oversee the annual budgeting process, collaborating with departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain robust financial models for long-term planning, budgeting, and scenario analysis. Translate data into actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present financial information to senior management and private equity sponsors, balancing detailed analysis with strategic narratives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal teams, fostering seamless communication and alignment on financial objectives.
- Mergers & Acquisitions: Evaluate, plan, and execute internal and external growth opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams on M&A activities.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of FP&A professionals, fostering development and driving team success.
- Process Improvement: Champion continuous improvement by implementing tools and systems to enhance efficiency and data accuracy in financial processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
- Advanced expertise in financial modeling and analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Extensive experience in FP&A, with a strong grasp of corporate finance, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
- Proven ability to distill complex financial data into clear insights for senior leadership and investors.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions, including financial analysis and execution.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, focused on process improvement and innovation.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
